Joshua comes to the team with a determined spirit and a lot of heart for such a small package. In addition, he brings true athleticism to the team for the younger Boys team. He is solid in the sprints, but also is an emerging star in the throws. He also jumps well for his age, making him a threat in the Triathlon as well. A very quick learner, his future in track and field is very bright!

"Josh is a true inspiration for me. Seldom do you see a kid at his age with such focus on the track. But at the same time, he has a ball. Though we didn't get a full training season in for him this year, he took off in the shot put, and steadily improved on the track. I'm really looking forward to working with him over the next few years with our coaching staff to watch him become one of the great youth athletes in the next few years. He's the type of athlete you want to coach", says Coach Charles.
