Gia actually started working out with us during Cross Country season as part of our conditioning program. She has a sparkling personality and is very excited about her first season in track and field. She has made great progress and is already competing hard in practice and holding her own.

"I'm looking forward to seeing how Gia responds to competing in meets against steep competition. She is showing great potential, so we are trying to accentuate her strengths. She's already assumed a spot on our 4x400m relay, and we think she'll continue to make progress individually. I'm definitely cheering for her", says Coach Charles.
