Haven joined us last spring in practices and even competed in a few meets to transition from her previous team, Flight 400. She has a desire to compete in the sprints, and made some great progress over the summer and winter conditioning. This year she's giving high school track a try with the Redan Raiders. Already making an impact as a freshman, she is competing on the Varsity team in the relays. r youth career, she is coming off her best all-around season.

"Haven was poised for a breakout season coming off winter conditioning, and we're hoping we can transition her from her high school team to summer track in enough time to really see the improvement we were hoping for. She has a lot more confidence coming into this season. So we're hoping she can capitalize on that", says Coach Charles.
