This is Aliyah's first experience with track and field, and she appears to be taking off. A very quiet natured young lady, she simply does what the coaching staff asks her to do, and she executes. She has made tremendous progress since the beginning of training and seems to be preparing for a great first season. From early assessments, she looks to be a very strong young runner. The early season will tell where she belongs.

"The coaching staff has seen Aliyah really turn it on and light up leading up to the season. She's really opened a few eyes. As we begin to start training on specifics, we're excited about the possibilities with Aliyah. We believe she can be a really good athlete", says Coach Charles.
