To provide opportunities for youth through track and field that transitions them into the consummate student/athlete at the collegiate level. Through our programs, we aim to develop world class athletes not just in talent, but also in character, strength, and intelligence. We strive for our athletes to be scholarship athletes on, and off the track.

Ethan Gray ..... a.k.a "TBD"

Newton County High School - 9th Grade

Youth Track Experience - 1st year
15 yrs old - Intermediate Age Division for 2012

Events: 100m, 200m, 400m

Personal Bests:

100m = 11.56        2012 Mark Trail Memorial Day Invitational

200m = 23.56        2012 Boys & Girls Club Invitational

400m = 54.53        2012 Boys & Girls Club Invitational

Ethan joins our team on which his brother (Elijah) is a star. This will be his first track and field experience, but not his first experience as an athlete. He has played football for New Roc and has been pretty good on the girdiron. But his strength and intangibles are going to make him a great track athlete. He is definitely going to start sharing the limelight with his younger brother.

"When I was told Ethan wanted to run track this year, I was elated. He has the build of a strong safety, but the speed of a running back. And I knew with the right training, he would be a strong long sprinter. Soon, everyone will find out the same thing I already envision; you don't want to be next to him with 100m to go. He'll be hard to deal with", says Coach Charles.
